What is the minimum order quantity?
Our MOQ is 24 garments per style and color combination. Schools typically order in runs of 100-500 units across youth and adult sizes. We can also produce pilot orders of 12 units for a single grade level.
What sizes do you offer?
Youth small through adult 3XL on all standard styles. Youth sizing is designed for the typical K-8 student range, and adult sizing covers high school through staff uniforms. Extended sizes are available on request.
How durable are the uniforms?
Our standard PE fabric is a polyester-cotton blend rated for 50+ wash cycles without significant fade or shrinkage. Moisture-wicking performance fabrics are rated for 75+ wash cycles. Both are gym-grade and designed to last a full school year.
Can you match our exact school colors?
Yes. We color-match using Pantone references on both fabric dyeing and printed designs. For precise matches on unusual shades, we recommend a pre-production sample so you can verify before committing to the full order.
Can you print individual student names or numbers?
Yes. Individual name and number add-ons are available on any garment. Because each garment requires a unique setup, there’s a small per-unit fee. Send us a roster and we’ll handle the rest.
Do you accept school purchase orders?
Yes. We work with K-12 and district purchase orders, offer net-30 terms for qualified buyers, and support standard school procurement processes. Reach out with your procurement contact for a formal quote.
How long does production take?
Standard production is 10-14 business days after proof approval, plus 2-5 business days for shipping. For back-to-school orders, place your request by late June to guarantee delivery before the first day. Rush production is available if needed.
